BOONE, Iowa – Knowledge is power, and when it comes to your field, knowledge is profitability.
That’s the philosophy behind FarmLink’s new TrueHarvest yield benchmarking service, which measures yield data at the “microfield” level; that is, in areas measuring just 150 feet on a side. Iowa Agribusiness Radio Network farm broadcaster Brandon Blue caught up with FarmLink’s President of Grower Services Jeff Dema, who says TrueHarvest has a future as agriculture’s Nielsen ratings across the Corn Belt.
