Wyffels Hybrids is going to be releasing 12 new hybrids for the 2021 growing season. The hybrids have maturity ranges of 95-115 days. However, there will be plenty of opportunities for growers to see these new hybrids as they perform this year.

Audio: Full interview with Shane Meis of Wyffels Hybrids

Shane Meis is the Director of Research at Wyffels Hybrids. He tells us producers can choose from SmartStax? and VT Double PRO? traits, as well as conventional hybrids.

Meis talks about the timetables involved in getting a hybrid to market. He says these 12 new hybrids have earned their way into the lineup.

Meis runs down a few of the hybrids which can match up with the needs of Iowa farmers.

If you want to see the hybrids performing in 2020, Meis gives you a few options.
