When all is said and done, thousands of people will have walked through World Dairy Expo. In 2015, people from 94 countries visited the expo. But one particular country has been sending more and more visitors every year.

Scott Bentley is General Manager of World Dairy Expo.

Bentley says the largest markets that attend are from Mexico and Canada.

?We certainly value our neighbors to the North and South. In the last several years, we?ve seen a huge increase in the number of folks from China. China is actually now the number three country in terms of attendees registered for World Dairy Expo.?

Bentley says it?s because of the explosive population in the far east.

?We?re talking about China because of explosive growth and population. Their growth and demand for protein that started to slow down but Pakistan and other countries in the far east are picking up the slack.?

In 2015, around 360,000 people attended World Dairy Expo.
