In 2011, the European biofuels industry accused the United States of dumping ethanol into their markets. Iowa Renewable Fuels Association Executive Director Monte Shaw gives us a recap.
However, when there was an attempt to extend the duties, Shaw says the evidence wasn?t there.
While getting this repeal won?t solve all the problems in the ethanol market, Shaw says it is at least a step in the right direction.
