Farmers Business Network hosts their second annual ?Farmer2Farmer? conference in Omaha Monday through Wednesday. Charles Baron is co-founder of Farmers Business Network.

He says year?s focus is entrepreneurship.

?Farmers may not think of themselves as entrepreneurs but they are. They are really the quintessential entrepreneur. We?re bringing the most innovative farmers together with the best innovators outside of farming like Steve Case who created American Online or AOL.?

A well-known TV reality star will speak about how he started his family business in Louisiana.

?We have Willie Robertson, who everybody knows from Duck Dynasty but he is actually the executive producer of that show and the CEO of the company Duck Commander. He?s built a huge company starting from a small family business in the bayou of Louisiana.?

Baron says the connection with Willie is running family business.

?Every farm is a independent family business. They are entrepreneurial and it?s about learning from the best and sharing those ideas.?

Baron attended this year?s National Association of Farm Broadcasters convention in November.
