Flooding in Nebraska and Iowa is devastating farms and livestock operations. Ken talks with Susan Littlefield of the Nebraska Rural Radio Network and with Kevin Ross, a farmer in SW Iowa.
On a lighter note, he found a recording of Dr. James Naismith describing how he invented basketball! He also auditions a new sportscaster: Matt McClean. Matt is very knowledgeable about the NCAA Tournament and answered some questions about how teams are seeded and the advantage it gives them. He critiqued Iowa and Iowa State and made a prediction of the final four and the ultimate champion this year.
