In Harold and I’s marriage, we have really had to classify our wants in comparison to our needs.
Harold unfortunately tries to classify his wants as his needs. “I need this new fishing pole.”
All jokes aside, we have really got in the habit of declaring what we truly need, and what we just want.
I’ve learned that there is nothing I need in this life that Jesus is not.
Friend, rest in the truth today that Jesus is everything you should want, because He’s everything you need.
Prayer: “God, thank you that you fulfill everything that I will ever need. Help me to rest fully in this truth. In your name I pray, Amen.”
