USMCA reconnects marketing and consumption of North American meat

The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) has been replaced by the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA), with all three countries now in agreement.

The links between production and consumption of meat in the United States, Canada and Mexico have been reconnected for the good of producers and consumers, according to
Dr. Glen Tonsor, an Extension livestock market economist from Kansas State University. Dr. Tonsor recently spoke with Ron Hays of the Radio Oklahoma Ag Network.
