Audio: Full Interview with UPL’s Craig Brekkas

Craig Brekkas is the North American Business Unit Head for UPL. It is a company that has been around for half a century and the fifth largest agrochemical company in the world, even though American producers are only starting to hear about them.

Brekkas shares more about their Open Ag purpose and how it encompasses the mantra of ?no limits and no borders.? They are looking to share more differentiated and more sustainable options with U.S. producers.

UPL has opened a new Open Ag Center in the Research Triangle of Raleigh, North Carolina. This gives them the advantage to bring solutions from all over the world to American farmers and vice versa. By opening the marketplace up to new ideas, it gives producers all around the globe the opportunity to try new products and techniques that they may not have before. The challenge of feeding the world is not reserved for only a few countries, so the solutions should not be reserved either.
