No surprises here- this week?s report was mediocre once again. This continues the trend we?ve seen from the past couple months of disappointing old crop export sales. Allendale commodity broker Greg McBride provided a breakdown of this week?s report.
Apart from the report, we did see a flash sale of bean meal to Poland. McBride said this is especially good to see given the current geopolitical situation.
At this point, it?s clear that we will not be meeting the USDA?s export estimates. McBride said he thinks they could lower their numbers in this next report or September?s.
