This week?s exports were average to slightly bullish. Corn numbers are still just a little disappointing, but soybeans and wheat are friendly. Allendale commodity broker Greg McBride provided a breakdown of this week?s U.S. Export Sales Report.

McBride said there have also been a few flash sales this week, with today?s being particularly notable since it was a new crop sale.

McBride said corn exports are still disappointing even after the USDA lowered its goals, but soybeans are performing better than usual.

In order to make up some ground on those corn exports, McBride said we will need to see more demand come in from places like Mexico, Japan, and South Korea.

McBride also provided some advice for Iowa producers.
