The Pork Checkoff invites you to fire up those grills, smokers, and outdoor griddles

For many, the Memorial Day weekend signaled the beginning of the summer grilling season. Of course, for some of us diehards, the outdoor cooking season is all year round. The National Pork Board is working hard to promote pork during a grilling season that is not business as usual.

We all know what the normal summer grilling season is like, however this year, it is a little different. The pandemic has even given some consumers an early start to the season because they have been spending more time at home. To this end, people may be looking for new ways to prepare the different cuts of meat they put to the flame, and the Pork Checkoff Marketing Communications Director Jason Menke says they have the tools you need.
