An Iowan, Tom Vilsack, has led the USDA for the entire two terms of President Obama. There have been quite a few changes at lower cabinet levels. Scuse says, ?Over the last seven years we have worked very hard to provide leadership on food agriculture, natural resources, world development, nutrition, and all the other issues based on public policy.? Scuse explains, ?We base those on the best science available, as well as effective management.?
