United States House Ag Committee Chairman Mike Conaway made remarks that Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley was ?wrong? in his desire for farm subsidy payment reforms. Grassley wants to clear the air.
Senator Grassley says that politicians are supposed to be stewards of taxpayer money. He fails to understand how this excludes giving farm subsidy payments to people ?without dirt under their nails?.
