Andrew Wheeler has been the Acting Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency since the embattled Scott Pruitt resigned. It now seems President Trump would like Wheeler to stop ?acting? and to the job permanently. The Renewable Fuels Association (RFA) is on-board.

RFA President and CEO Geoff Cooper sees an Andrew Wheeler-run EPA as good for the future of biofuels.

Cooper says they are pleased with Wheeler?s openness about previously issued small-refiner waivers.

The EPA is expected to release their 2019 RFS volumes very soon.
