Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Acting Administrator Andrew Wheeler visited the Iowa State Fair, on Monday, to talk about agriculture issues. This visit was at the invitation of Governor Kim Reynolds and Representative David Young.

Young says the fact Administrator Wheeler even came to Iowa to hear the concerns of Iowa ag leaders and commodity groups is already a vast improvement over his predecessor.
Young says there are a few options on the table for getting year-round E15.
Young is also optimistic about a clearer, better-defined Waters of the United States (WOTUS) rule.
