The premier poultry event in Iowa returns to West Des Moines on September 18-20, 2018. Iowa Poultry Association has announced the 48th Annual Fall Festival will be held at the Marriott in West Des Moines.
The annual membership gathering kicks off the afternoon of September 18 with a pre-conference leadership session. Members and guests will hear from Iowa Select Farms about the best-in-class neighbor relations and CSR efforts. In addition, members will hear communications consultant Sherry Newell discussing how to handle day-to-day conversations surrounding poultry and egg farming.
Day 2 beckons attendees to the golf course or shooting range for a day of industry camaraderie and relationship building, followed by the annual IPA recognition banquet.
Day 3 features the annual omelet breakfast and education program. This year will feature IPA?s first ever broiler educational breakout session. The full educational agenda is available online at www.iowapoultry.com.
