An Iowa-based crop system company will be better able to develop and deliver tools to growers, their advisors and the research community with the help of a recent investment.
Premier Crop Systems announced today the acquisition of a capital investment from Syngenta Ventures. The investment will help Premier Crop Systems expand its team of agronomists, data scientists and customer support staff to accommodate new and existing customers. Investment Director with Syngenta Ventures Gabriel Wilmoth said Premier Crop Systems is the perfect fit for Syngenta Ventures.
“Our minority investment provides capital to help bring the benefits of their technology to more growers, advisors and researchers,” Wilmoth said.
The investment will also help accelerate the launch of Premier Crop System’s newest innovation, Enhanced Learning Blocks. Enhanced Learning Blocks is an extension of the Learning Blocks platform.
