What if you could apply bacteria, producing nitrogen that won?t leach? Impossible? Maybe not. A company, called Pivot Bio, introduces this technology ahead of the coming growing season.

Pivot Bio Proven is available to growers this spring. It is a bacteria dispensed with the seed at planting that begins to give off nitrogen for uptake by the crop. Ernie Sanders, is vice president of product development for Pivot Bio. He talks more in depth about Pivot Bio Proven in the program below.
