NCBA and AFBF say tax bill benefits farmers

Tax reform and trade are a part of daily conversation within the agriculture industry today.

Two major farm groups lobby for farmer-friendly changes to the code, including the elimination of the inheritance tax and increasing the exemption, until the tax is permanently ended.

Farms are businesses and may benefit from several components of the $1.5 billion cut proposed by Republicans. A look at the hopes of the National Cattlemen?s Beef Association (NCBA) and American Farm Bureau Federation (AFBF).
