It is that time of year. The big blue wave is coming. No, this has nothing to do with the elections. In fact, let?s try this another way. The National FFA Convention is this week in Indianapolis.

FFA students from across the country are going to be converging on Indianapolis for the 91st annual FFA Convention. There will be blue corduroy as far as the eye can see. National FFA Communications Manager Kristy Meyer says it is a time for members to be inspired.

Meyer says events will be held all over the capital city. There is too much to be contained in one space.

Not only will members have a chance to see Indianapolis, but some will also go into outstate Indiana. Purdue University, Dull?s Tree Farm and other Hoosier locations will host the students.

The convention runs October 24-27, 2018 and attracts members from 50 states, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
