Block is pro-trade, with a few criticisms of President Donald Trump pulling the United States out of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP).
Block is also anti-Gopher frog. It is not that he dislikes the frog, but rather adamantly opposes the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service taking private land to reintroduce the frog into Louisiana.
