John Block and 30 of my colleagues and friends have begun a two-week trip to China.
Block is excited, as this is his first trip there since 1981 when he was U.S. Secretary of Agriculture.
As a reporter or diplomat, this is a time to step up, find the truth and possibly help solve the problem. The problem, created by United States tariffs, is large.
