Former U.S. Secretary of Agriculture John Block talks about the Farm Bill this week. Block was involved with two farm bills when he was U.S. Agriculture Secretary in the 1980?s. They are even harder to pass today.
Block also talks about the challenge of getting visas for farm workers. Congress is trying to expand the number, but the issue is still very sticky.
