Joe Prusacki serves as National Operations Director for the United States Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS). Prusacki talks about two surveys: the Quarterly Hogs and Pig survey and December Agricultural survey. He also discusses the purpose of each survey and explains why producers should take the time to fill-out the surveys.
