Iowa Renewable Fuels Association Executive Director Monte Shaw says the progression on year-round E-15 seems to be in neutral. Shaw says no deals need to be struck with refiners, they already got a deal with waivers.
Shaw says hearing Wheeler say there was no longer a chance of year-round E15 being packaged with export RIN?s was promising.
Shaw says holding year-round E15 back because of possible legal challenges is a waste of time. Shaw says the process will be challenged one way or another, so just get it moving.
