The summer is flying by. We just passed the July 4th holiday last week, and now we are less than a month away from the Iowa State Fair.
The Iowa State Fair gets underway on August 9th. Gary Slater says these last days and weeks are going to be spent putting entries in their proper places.
Iowa is one of many states whose history is rooted deep in agriculture. Agriculture is the biggest part of the economy and the Iowa State Fair plans to honor that. One way this is happening is the ?Farm to the Table? event. Slater explains.
