This is the 39th year the Iowa Pork Tent has been in operation. IPPA?s Kelsey Sutter tells us about the history of the tent which started 39 years ago. It had a simple beginning with only two menu offerings: a pork burger and a pork chop.

Since then the menu has evolved, now including their latest creation the Brown Sugar Pork Belly on a Stick.

Another thing which draws a crowd is the chance of seeing a celebrity chef helping cook those Iowa pork products. IPPA?s Drew Mogler talks about the history of having celebrity chefs at the tent.

Mogler wouldn?t drop any specific names, but he did give us a few hints.

The Iowa Pork Tent can be found up the hill on Grand Avenue.
