Ben Nuelle, Public Policy Director with the Iowa Pork Producers Association, says that the IPPA is working in partnership with the National Pork Board and producers by utilizing sustainability reports on farms.
Nuelle says that a primary concern right now is funding to fight African Swine Fever from entering the United States.
The Iowa Pork Producers tent is an institution on the Iowa State fairgrounds, serving thousands of fairgoers every year. The porkchop on a stick is always a fair favorite.
