Across the state soybean harvest is in the books, and corn harvest is almost over, leaving time for post-harvest activities. From the Iowa report:

Only 7% of corn in Iowa remained in the field. . . Statewide there were 5.2 days suitable for fieldwork. Other activities for the week included fertilizer application, fall tillage, tile installation, and baling corn stalks.
