Inspiring young lady wins Governor’s Charity Steer Show

Youth: The next generation to become adults and face the challenge of feeding nine billion people by the year 2050. This age group will be 50 at mid-century and the world will either have gone to hell, as the old folks always predict, or it will be moving into the future at a faster rate than any of us can imagine today.

The young lady I?ll speak with is 16. She loves raising and showing cattle, and her steer won the Governor?s Charity Steer Show at the 2018 Iowa State Fair. Emma Sinclair, of Williamsburg.

Emma Sinclair is the daughter of Bob Sinclair, owner of Sinclair Tractor with John Deere dealerships in Iowa.But, that?s just the base for this remarkable young lady who clearly knows that intelligent and hard work take you where you want to go in life.
