Although many farmers have not seen hard evidence supporting tax relief or encouraging business spending, a congressman assures farmers it will. Congressman Rodney Davis (R-IL 13th District) kept Illinois farmers in mind when voting on tax reform legislation. Davis says the recent changes benefit farmers and will help lessen their financial risk.
