Telling the story of agriculture is probably the one thing that might be worth as much, financially, as the commodities we produce. Having the opportunity to share our story and talk about what we do is vital to our survival. Thanks to Peace Tree Brewing Company, corn growers in Iowa are getting another opportunity to tell their story.

On Thursday evening, the Peace Tree Brewing Company?s Des Moines location tapped the keg on Cornucopia. It is their new beer made with Iowa-grown corn. Iowa Corn Growers Association (ICGA) CEO Craig Floss says this is another great way for them to showcase all the products Iowa corn can produce.

Cornucopia is a seasonal beer, and Peace Tree Brewing Company is proud to help tell the story of the Iowa Corn producer. Peace Tree brewer Joe Kesteloot tells us about this new autumn harvest beer.

ICGA?s Floss says this product will be available across the state. It gives the story a chance to permeate beyond Peace Tree?s locations in Des Moines, Knoxville, and Grinnell.

Cornucopia will be available wherever Peace Tree Brewing products are sold.
