As harvest ends, some are thinking about how they can do better next year.

Right now, soybeans will be the better crop to plant in 2017, but it is not a sure thing to make a crop, even though the past two years have looked like anyone could grow 50 bushel beans.

One of the leading authorities on Soybean Production, Palle Pederson, from Syngenta, formerly with Iowa State University. Pederson warns that Quality Seed Treatment is vital, and a build up in Soybean Cyst Nematodes could do major damage in future years.
