2022 has been a year of high prices at the fuel pump. Renewable Fuels Association President and CEO Geoff Cooper says that has led to drivers taking note of what ethanol fuel blends have to offer in the way of savings.

Cooper says high fuel prices have led to a large share of drivers opting for ethanol fuel blends for the first time.

Cooper says that the EPA and the current administration have aligned to implement the Renewable Fuel Standard in the way it was designed.

He says that the future of ethanol fuels will not be just in light duty passenger vehicles but ethanol blends that can be used in different vehicle and transportation types.
