“Flexitarians” are target for “fake meat”

Today we talk further about plant-based protein, which tastes like meat.   

The beef industry is OPPOSED to it, with all capital letters. The general public is interested and a bit confused. The vegan and vegetarian communities are excited to know that they can go to a beef place and order a hamburger that does not implicate them in killing a cow or contributing to climate change.

A level headed economist, who is well respected in the livestock industry, offers his views.
