Farm economy slow for the third consecutive year

This is the third consecutive year the farm economy has been slow. But an assistant vice president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City says there are two big drivers in the economy right now. Dr. Nathan Kaufmann is Assistant Vice President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. Kaufmann says the two drivers are China and biofuels. Listen to more above.
