In his State of the Union (SOTU) speech, President Donald Trump mentioned rebuilding infrastructure as a bipartisan effort that might be accomplished in the next two years.
A Democrat-controlled house should favor some of the rebuilding projects cited: Roads, bridges and waterways. Republicans have also shown support for these projects. But the cost can be in the trillions of dollars.
