The Environmental Protection Agency is now regulating CO2 when crops are processed like they regulate fossil fuels when they are processed. Is this regulation costing corn refining companies? John Bode is president of the Corn Refiners Association. He says regulating CO2 is a huge penalty on Ag processing. Bode says CFA and other organizations such as Farm Bureau and NCGA are suing the EPA. He says if the EPA doesn?t back off they will go to congress. Listen to more of the story above.
