The Iowa Caucuses are one week away. Republican presidential candidates Donald Trump and Ted Cruz are neck and neck to win Iowa. You and I both know there’s money in politics. Cruz and Trump have several differences but one difference this state takes pride in… renewable fuels which contribute to Iowa’s economy. Cruz has mixed opinions about renewable fuels. Trump sees the RFS as an important tool in the mission for the U.S. to achieve energy independence. If Cruz wins Iowa without renewable fuels backing him, what does this mean regarding the clout of the industry?
