Corteva Agriscience is having great results from their new fungicide product Lumisena. The first year of wide release is in the books, and the numbers were favorable.
David Borgmeier tells us Corteva had used over 600 trials of Lumisena in the top-ten soybean producing states. The results were very positive. In fact, the results were so positive, Lumisena became part of the base fungicide treatment package in the Pioneer line for 2018.
Corteva has been pleased with the results they are seeing after their first year of wide release. Mother Nature certainly pushed technology to the limits, and the Pioneer Lumisena treatments certainly rolled with the punches.
Borgmeier says you couldn?t have asked for a better year to push the limits of a seed treatment than 2018. He says the fact they are seeing the results they are, is a testament to the product.
