President Trump grudgingly signed a bill that imposes sanctions on Russia. Congress passed the bill with a veto proof majority, so the President really had no choice.
John Block, former United States Secretary of Agriculture, does not favor the legislation, as it restricts the President in his dealings with Russia. Mr. Block wants the President to have the flexibility to negotiate.
