Colfax Sheep Market: January 3, 2015

COLFAX, Iowa – The first Colfax sheep and goat auction of 2015 on Saturday saw another light run of just 60 head of sheep and 45 head of goats. Feeder lambs averaged $2.42 per pound. Fed lambs averaged $1.45 per pound, while price on goats ranged from $80-$161 per head.
