Colfax Sheep Auction: November 29th, 2014

COLFAX, Iowa – The final sheep and goat auction in Colfax this November saw a light run of 210 head of sheep and 97 head of goats. Feeder lambs sold for an average of $2.11 per pound. Fed lambs brought in $1.52 per pound on average. Prices on goats ranged from $102.50-$165 per head.
