Colfax Sheep Auction: February 14, 2015

COLFAX, Iowa – It may not have been a heartbreaker, but it was certainly a light run of sheep and goats at Colfax on Valentine?s day.

170 head of sheep and just 29 head of goats sold, with feeder lambs averaging $2.23 per pound. Fed lambs brought in $1.37 per pound, and prices on goats ranged from $105-$135 per head.
