Challenges of trading outside of TPP

What happened to the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP)? The agreement continues to move forward without the United States, as President Trump pulled the nation out of the trade deal, with 11 other countries, as soon as he got into office.

The question now is whether or not the United States can get back into TPP or will have to go about it alone with greater promotional efforts (dollars) to stay even in world markets we once called ours. Phil Seng, former president and chief executive officer of the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF), says moving forward alone will be challenging. Seng spoke with Ron Hayes, Rural Radio Oklahoma Radio Network farm director.
