Kelley Epstein, a Utah blogger who runs Mountain Mama Cooks, came to Iowa as part of a trans-state tour organized by the Iowa Corn Growers Association last week. When we spoke to Kelley at the beginning of the tour, Kelley gave her honest perspective on Iowa’s corn industry and didn’t pull any punches.
When we caught with Kelley again at the end of the two-day tour, she explained how seeing Iowa agriculture firsthand had shed new light on a few issues.
