When we think about the agribusiness industry in Iowa, it is natural to turn your thoughts to the farmers and ranchers. They are the producers of the Ag products which Iowa is known for all over the world. However, the job of Iowa farmers would be a lot more difficult without the support of Iowa?s ag businesses.
During the 2019 Iowa Pork Congress, I had the opportunity to speak with Lari Rabe. She is the second-generation owner of Agri-Pro Enterprises in Iowa Falls. Rabe tells us a little bit about their family-owned company, which has been in business since 1978. They specialize in biosecurity products, syringes, and medicators.
At the Iowa Pork Congress, Agri-Pro had brought a new line of syringes which were just making their way into the United States. Rabe explains more about them.
