Actagro?s Chris Heck says the big buzzword in agriculture, right now, is ?soil health.? With the microbials, the nitrogen can stay in the soil longer, which gives the plants time to use it on their terms. This, in turn, is helping with the amount of leaching in the waterways. Heck says as farmers we want to make sure we are protecting the environment as much as possible.
