Iowa ranks 7th in cheese production. One assistant professor at the University of Minnesota says the future of dairy in Iowa is from cheese processing. Iowa dairy producers met in Waverly last week for their annual Dairy Iowa meeting. Dr. Marin Bozic is an assistant professor in Dairy Foods Marketing Economics at the University of Minnesota.
